Here is a brief presentation instruction：

Talks
======
1. Venue: all scientific sessions will be held at International Conference Hall
(B1, Administration Building, NMMBA) (NMMBA: National Museum of
Marine Biology and Aquarium)

2. All contributions are limited to 12 minutes, with 3 more minutes for
questions and discussions.

3. In the Conference Hall, there will be 1 Windows-based PC and 1 Mac,
please load your presentation file(s) onto the compatible computer
(usually through a USB stick) during the coffee break before your session,
an ASROC2009 staff member will be around the computers at assistant presenters.

4. We will update the information about which versions of OS/Microsoft Office/
Adobe Acrobat Reader are installed on presentation computers at the
ASROC2009 website. http://www.asroc.org.tw/asroc2009/

Posters
========
1. Posters will be displayed throughout ASROC2009 on the 1st floor of the
Administration Building, NMMBA

2. The dimension of poster boards is 90 cm (width) by 120 cm (height),
poster authors are recommended to set up their posters in the early morning
of 23/May/Sat, asroc2009 shuttle #1 is scheduled to arrive at NMMBA at 08:30

3. Poster boards will be tagged with the ID number of the poster to be displayed there.
