We search for the galaxies emitting water maser to helps us measure geometry distance more precisely and get more accurate H0. However, in latest data of Megamaser Cosmology Project (MCP), we get very low detection rate (≤3%) for any level of water maser emission. We think there exits some relation between water maser and specified galaxies in multi-wavelengths. By enhancing the detection rate, we did an effort to find efficient methods to identify whether they are maser or non-maser galaxies. From multivariate parameter analysis, we started with several wavelengths in optical, infrared, radio and X-ray bands. On this part, we focus on the X-ray photometric properties. Our targets based on MCP database and matched with catalogs or online data from XMM-Newton, Suzaku and Chandra etc. Lately, we got matched rate about 17% (~800/4861) of ones having X-ray properties in the base. We discover some interesting tendency under some circumstances. Later we present some results about the relation between maser galaxies and their properties in X-ray band.
