ASIAA has been collaborating with Canada France Hawaii telescope (CFHT) and Subaru telescope for more than 10 years. Through instrumentation development, Taiwan astronomers get CFHT observing time and the right to proposal to Subaru telescope. It is a long term effort and commitment, and we hope the community can have the best use of both telescopes. For CFHT, the new IR spectropolarimeter, SPIRou has been commissioning in Hawaii. SPIRou is a stable high resolution spectrometer for the precise relative velocity and magnetic field measurement. A large survey proposal from the SPIRou consortium has been submitted. SPIRou will probably start the science operation in 2018 B. For Subaru telescope, HSC survey continues for the 4th year observation. We expect PFS will be online in 2020. The Subaru collaboration might enter a new era with the participation of EAO. In this talk, the statistics of the publication through CFHT and Subaru proposals will be reviewed. The current status of the instrument development will also be presented.
