Flux Dependent Timing Noise for the Pulsation of Accreting Millisecond X-ray Pulsar MAXI J0911-655

We report our study on the X-ray flux dependent timing noise for the pulsation of accreting millisecond X-ray pulsar (AMXP) MAXI J0911-655. The observations was made by XMM-Newton in April and May in 2016. In addition to refine the spin and orbital parameters of the system, to attempt to explain the abnormal pulse phase evolution of the April observation, we also added the flux dependent timing noise model proposed by Kulkarni & Romanova (2013) into consideration. Unfortunately, the fitting cannot be significantly improved with the timing noise included due to the small X-ray flux variation of the observations. Thus, the abnormal phase evolution is still likely caused by the time drift of the internal clock of the instrument as previous study suggested. On the other hand, we have set up the analysis procedure to analyze the flux dependent timing noise for the pulsation of AMXP, which will be applied to other sources, such as IGR J17379–3747.
